Terms and Conditions

By making a reservation at Hocus Pocus Pub, you agree to our reservation and cancellation terms. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding and we’re looking forward to experience the magic with you!

All purchases are final and non-refundable.
Reservations may be rescheduled if guests have contacted the Hocus Pocus Pub by email (info@hocuspocuspub.com) at least 24 hours prior to the start of the scheduled reservation. Contact made by other means does not guarantee that you will reach the Hocus Pocus Pub and is not sufficient to reschedule a booking.
All rescheduling dates and times are subject to availability. The Hocus Pocus Pub is not responsible for unavailable booking dates and times.
To fully enjoy the Experience, we ask customers to arrive on time. If customers arrive late to their booking, the table will be available until the booking is complete. In the event of a late arrival, no rescheduling or extra time can be made available and aspects of the whole experience may be lost if time runs out on customers’ booking.
No food is served during the experience, it is also not possible to consume food locally or during the experience.
Any customer present who appears intoxicated, may not be admitted or may be removed from the premises at any time and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
Any customer who behaves aggressively or is perceived by management to display aggressive behaviour may be removed from the premises at any time and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
If you are not satisfied with your experience, please get in touch with Hocus Pocus by email: info@hocuspocuspub.com. If communication reaches the point of requesting a refund or rescheduling of some kind, please note that any offers or guarantees made by on-site staff, whether verbal or written, do not serve as a sufficient agreement to guarantee an eventual outcome. Any such decision will only be confirmed in writing, via email, by the Hocus Pocus Pub following an investigation (which will include recommendations from on-site staff). Decisions made by the Hocus Pocus Pub and communicated via email will align with the relevant Terms and Conditions and will be final. No refunds of any kind will be made available on-site in the form of cash or credit.

Hocus Pocus Pub reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
